Most people come to AI from one direction: either deep in the technology or deep in the business. I've spent over a decade on the business side, managing operations, building client relationships, leading teams, and making the decisions that keep a company moving. That experience gave me something I now consider my biggest asset: I know what businesses actually need.
Now I'm adding the other half. Currently completing a Post-Graduate Certificate in AI and Machine Learning at Humber Polytechnic, backed by a Software Engineering degree from Zhejiang Normal University and full-stack development experience. My goal is to help businesses bridge the gap between what AI can do and what they actually need it to do, translating complex technology into practical, results-driven solutions.
